Subject: Ozone uses

On another group that I belong to, a fasting forum, I mentioned ozone therapy and was asked for an example of how I had used it. I thought maybe someone here might like to read my response:

> So do you have an ozone machine Jack, and > what have you noticed for yourself if you do?

Evangeline,

Yes, I have a Plasmafire generator. I've forwarded some earlier messages about it. Let me give you the latest use I found for it. I have had a noticeable problem for many years of lightheadedness. When I would get up too fast from a sitting or lying position, I would black out and have to hold on to an object for balance while it passed. Not every time, mind you, just occasionally. When I started this form of yoga (Bikram), done in a hot room, there was a particular position that caused me to black out every time, called camel, where you stand on your knees at the front of the mat then bend backwards and grab hold of your heels, looking backwards, pushing your hips forward. I kept blaming it on the lack of oxygen in the room, hot and sweaty with lots of people. Seemed logical.

Then, I had an accident where I slipped on the ice, bruised my hip bone, and had to remain prone for several weeks. I decided that I would put the time to use by insufflating ozone into my ears for lengthy periods of time. It was a bit noisy, listening to the machine thought the tubing, but I got used to it. At first, I felt thickheaded in the morning when I awoke, but I kept at it. Finally, it sort of gave way and cleared up. Then, I returned to yoga and low and behold, I didnıt have the black out problem any more. Indeed, my brain felt much better in that hot room. Itıs as if the heat doesnıt affect the brain anymore. Hard to explain, but way clear improvement. Also, havenıt had a blackout from getting up too fast since. My theory is that the arteries leading to the brain had become smaller (inside) over time due to improper diet, grains, fats and such, from cholesterol thickening the walls. This reduced the amount of blood, hence oxygen, going to the brain, causing the blackouts. The ozone broke the cholesterol down and cleared the arteries where I am getting more blood flow back into the old brain. Probably many more side benefits that I havenıt imagined. I insufflate in the ears regularly now, in addition to my other uses.

Another use is for a condition called Rosacea, a reddening of the skin on the face. Pretty much happens only to certain white folks. The medicos say it is incurable, but treatable with their drugs. It was worst on my nose, where the entire nose became red, and the skin and tissue became jellylike. I began treating the nose particularly with ozone several years ago, almost every night. What I discovered is that the condition is caused by a very slow, flesh-eating bacteria that turns tissue into a jelly-like substance. Lots of folks have it, Bill Clinton, WC Fields. You just die with it, I suppose, but I just wasnıt going to have it. I like to go party, and it made me self conscious. Plus, itıs tough to talk about health to someone convincingly when thereıs this big red nose on your face while youıre talking. Anyway, itıs difficult to treat on the nose because ozone is very irritating to the respiratory system; you canıt breath ozone directly without coughing. So, treating the nose is a trick, but I figured out a way. Now, Iıve eliminated the diseased tissue, which created a cavity on the surface of the nose (Iıve posted a sign that says ³under reconstruction²). However, itıs all pink skin and tissue, now. As I continue to treat, the skin and tissue are filling in the cavity from the bottom and the sides. In a few months, it should be good as new. While Iım on the face, Iıve also begun treating the areas directly under my eyes, and it turns out that some of the lines are actually caused by fat deposits that break down when presented with ozone directly on them. (More reconstruction; caution, ozone into the eyes burns like hell) So, I suppose thereıs no place on or in the body that wouldnıt benefit from a stream of the gas (excepting certain sensitive membranes). One goal is to get as much of it as you can into the bloodstream where it breaks down from O3 to O2 plus an O. I visualize the extra O operating like a little pac man gobbling up toxins, bacteria, fungus, viruses, and foreign matter that donıt belong there.
